List required analysis, mechanical and dimensional tests. State methods, sampling and acceptance criteria for additional inspections.
State the document type
Request the certificate type your project requires, including EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 if specified. Confirm scope and any external inspection arrangements before ordering.
Maintain traceability
Specify heat identification and how it should appear on material, bundles and documents. Request piece-level marking where your process requires it.
Separate credentials from batch evidence
Management-system certificates, laboratory accreditation, equipment records and material reports address different subjects. Ask for the evidence relevant to the purchase.
